My family has been in Cochrane for three generations, and my wife’s family
has been here just as long. For more than twenty years I’ve worked in
technology for municipalities and healthcare organizations across northeastern
Ontario, which means I’ve spent my career inside the systems that make local
government actually run: budgets, records, service delivery, and the people
who hold it all together.
I’m running for town council because I think Cochrane can do better on the
basics, and because I believe the best way to earn your vote is to show you the
work. On this site you won’t just find promises. You’ll find actual
proposals: a draft bylaw, working examples, concrete ideas you can read,
question, and pick apart. If you think I’ve gotten something wrong, I want to
hear it. Honest questions and criticism are how proposals get better, and I’d
rather hear it now than after a vote at the council table.
